The newly created Senior Manager, Tax Accounting & Compliance role will manage the preparation and review of quarterly and year-end consolidated tax provisions for financial statement reporting, including financial statement notes and disclosures, contribute to tax due diligence, compliance, projects, and be part of future corporate succession planning. It is a hands-on role.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a flat environment with an apolitical culture, have experience reviewing and/or preparing consolidated tax provisions for large multinationals in a public reporting environment, have strong technical accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
This is an excellent role for a CPA, CA with 5+ years of post-designation experience in public company tax and/or tax audit/consulting. In addition you will have completed the CICA In-depth Tax courses and/or hold an MTax, and be looking for a challenging role in a highly sophisticated yet unpretentious environment.
