Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP Finance & Administration will be a key member of a small senior management team and will partner closely with the CEO on all matters of finance and operations. This position is responsible for the supervision, planning, organization, and direction of the finance and business administration of the company. A ‘roll-up your sleeves’ attitude and a willingness to embrace and understand the business are critical to the success of this role. This is a strategic leadership position within a small senior team. Everyone counts.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with a minimum of 10+ years of post-designation professional experience ideally honed in a mid-sized manufacturing organization. An MBA is an asset.
