They are a sophisticated Canadian organization with international operations and a top-notch reputation and they are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to join their Finance team. Helping to deliver timely and accurate insights into the operation of the company, this person will play an integral role in driving innovation and leveraging analytics to continually improve the business.
Working closely within a bright, dynamic team of professionals, this person will need strong financial knowledge, technological proficiency, superior communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
This individual will also lead and mentor a small team, so demonstrated leadership, people and project management skills are equally critical to success. Other key requirements and skills include:
- Professional accounting designation (CMA, CA, CGA) and/or MBA;
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial systems, planning and analysis;
- Superior critical thinking skills and proven ability to translate complex requirements into defined business solutions;
- Exceptional systems skills, including Excel and SQL;
