Our client understands the issues of holding and managing a global portfolio of infrastructure assets. And after a decade of aggressive growth, they are ready to bring on a Director of Finance who can drive operational improvements across the Americas portfolio. This newly created role is intended to work hand in hand with the CFO to develop valuations, forecasts and key performance measures to support both tactical and strategic operational and financial decisions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with financial planning and business valuations as well as the finesse to build local and remote relationships across a demanding stakeholder group in a complex matrix organization. Superior initiative, analytical and communication skills are a must, along with a strong desire to understand the inner workings of the various businesses.
The role is strategic, yet hands-on and highly visible within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a designated CPA, CA with 5-8 years progressive experience, ideally within an operational finance role and who is a high performer ready to make their mark and make significant strides in their path to CFO.
